The company's board has approved changes to its directorate and board committees. Mr. Jaspreet Singh has resigned as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal reasons. The board appointed Mr. Atul Chauhan as a new Non-Executive Independent Director, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Chauhan brings over 15 years of experience in corporate laws and governance. Consequently, the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees have been reconstituted, with Mr. Chauhan taking over as Chairman for each.
