Premier Energies delivered robust performance for the latest quarter, with revenue jumping 34.1% year-on-year to 2,507.6 Cr. Profit after Tax (PAT) surged 53.3% YoY to 471.9 Cr, while EBITDA grew 27.2% YoY to 759.4 Cr, maintaining a solid 30.3% margin. The Solar Cells and Modules segment continues to drive performance, complemented by the growing Transformers business.

The company is actively expanding its capabilities, having inaugurated a 5.6 GW module plant and expects trial runs soon for its 7 GW cell plant at Naidupeta. The Transcon Neotrafo plant for HV and EHV transformers is also nearing completion by September 2026. This expansion aligns with its Mission 2028 to become a leading cleantech solutions provider, aiming for over 10 GW vertically integrated capacity and 25% of group revenues from allied products like BESS and inverters.

Premier Energies holds a robust order book of 15,000 Cr. Production for the quarter stood at 844 MW for cells and 953 MW for modules. The company sees tailwinds from strong industry growth in solar installations, rising grid share for solar, increasing power demand from data centers, and a pick-up in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) demand, supported by favorable government policies.
