    Patil Automation's board approved acquiring an additional 10% stake in subsidiary Mii Robotics, increasing its holding to 70%. Mii Robotics, in defence automation, had an FY26 turnover of ₹2.85 Cr. This ₹0.101 Cr cash deal strengthens its defence automation presence.
