Mangal Credit reported Q1 profit of ₹5.69 Cr and revenue of ₹22.16 Cr. The Board approved increasing borrowing limits to ₹1,500 Cr and authorised share capital to ₹30 Cr. Plans to raise up to ₹20 Cr via NCDs at 11.75% coupon were also approved.
