Further to our intimation dated 18th May 2026, we hereby inform you that Mr. Surender Bhatia, Chief Executive Officer Paints Division and designated Key Managerial Personnel, resigned vide letter dated 15th May 2026. His resignation will be effective from the closure of business hours on 14th August 2026. The Letter of Resignation received from Mr. Surender Bhatia are enclosed as Annexure- B. We request you to take the same on your records.
