Further to our intimation dated 19th June 2026, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 18th June 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Sonali Sanas as Chief Executive Officer Paints Division, effective from 16th August 2026. The required disclosure in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
