Suraj Industries' Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. Standalone net profit reached 17.38 Cr, significantly boosted by a 16.34 Cr unrealized gain from reclassifying an investment, as Shri Gang Industries is no longer an associate. Consolidated net profit was 4.27 Cr, including a 0.79 Cr gain from this reclassification. The company also re-appointed M/s Padam Dinesh & Co. as its Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The company has now fully discontinued its trading operations and will focus solely on its Liquor (Alcohol & Alcoholic Beverages) business.
