KOEL's subsidiary KAC acquired the remaining 49% in Wildcat Power Gen, USA for ~1.43 Cr, making it a wholly-owned unit. This strengthens North American expansion and integrates operations. Wildcat reported ₹44.9 Cr revenue in FY26.
