Saurashtra Cement Limited — Others, 06-08-2026: Change in Company Secretary/Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 6 and Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A(7) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ( SEBI Listing Regulations ), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held today, i.e., 6th August 2026, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Jayashree D. Soni as Company Secretary (CS), Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, with effect from 25th September 2026. Further to our earlier intimation dated 19th June 2026, Ms. Sonali Sanas has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer Paints Division, effective 16th August 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, Ms. Sanas will continue as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer until 24th September 2026. Accordingly, she shall cease to hold the office of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 25th September 2026.The required disclosure in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.Kindly take the same on your record and acknowledge.
