Pursuant to Regulation 6 and Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A(7) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ( SEBI Listing Regulations ), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held today, i.e., 6th August 2026, has approved the appointment of Mrs. Jayashree D. Soni as Company Secretary (CS), Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, with effect from 25th September 2026. The required disclosure in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
