Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( SEBI Listing Regulations), we hereby inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 6th August 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, have approved the appointment of Mr. Tusher Majumder as Head Human Resource of the Company w.e.f. 25th September 2026. Mr. Majumder will be Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
