Madhav Infra Projects Ltd — Important, 06-08-2026: Company Update

Madhav Infra Projects' promoter, Mr. Ashok Madhavdas Khurana, will transfer 7.57 Crore equity shares to other promoter group entities: Mr. Amit Khurana (0.87 Crore shares), Mrs. Neelakshi Amit Khurana (0.54 Crore shares), and Armaan Amit Trust (6.16 Crore shares). This inter-se transfer, covering 28.087% of the company's shares, is by way of gift, meaning no monetary consideration. The transaction, scheduled on or after August 12, 2026, represents an internal restructuring and will not alter the overall promoter group's total shareholding in the company.
