India Ratings upgraded Prism Johnson's Non-convertible Debentures and bank loan facilities to 'IND AA-/Positive' from 'IND A+/Positive'. This covers NCDs worth 100 Cr and bank loans of 2,258.34 Cr. The 200 Cr Commercial Paper program was affirmed at 'IND A1+'. Other non-fund based and unsecured short-term loan facilities also maintained their 'IND A1+' ratings.
