Financially, consolidated total income for the quarter rose 21% YoY to ₹1,390 Cr. EBITDA increased 14% YoY to ₹358 Cr, and PAT jumped 36% YoY to ₹228 Cr. The new 'Royal Sandur Group' brand reflects management's outlook for unified growth and diversification into sectors like hospitality, education, and potentially medical devices.
