Nazara funded its UK arm with 323.58 Cr (equity) & 548.70 Cr (loan) for a major acquisition. The UK unit made a first cash payment of 851.51 Cr for Bluetile Games & Bestplay Systems. These firms are now Nazara's step-down subsidiaries in a 2990 Cr deal.
