JSW Energy completed its acquisition of 300 MW Maruti Clean Coal & Power, increasing operational capacity to 14.8 GW. The ₹1,410 Cr deal for this ₹279 Cr EBITDA asset is accretive, strengthening the balance sheet and creating operational synergies.
