JSW Energy completed the acquisition of Maruti Clean Coal & Power, adding a 300 MW thermal plant. This boosts total operational capacity to 14.8 GW. The ₹1,410 Cr acquisition, with FY26 EBITDA of ₹279 Cr, is EBITDA/PAT-accretive and strengthens the balance sheet.
