Parag Milk Foods reported a robust Q1 FY27, achieving its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹945 Cr, reflecting 11% value and 3% volume growth YoY. EBITDA increased 6% to ₹70 Cr, though margins slightly compressed to 7.4% amidst inflation. Profit Before Tax remained flat, while Profit After Tax saw a 20% decline to ₹22 Cr, mainly due to tax impact.

Driving this performance, the 'New Age Business' (Pride of Cows & Avvatar) surged an impressive 59%, now contributing 13% of turnover. Flagship categories like Ghee and Cheese also saw 10% value growth. Strategically, the board has approved doubling cheese production capacity to 120 MT daily, alongside whey protein expansion. Management successfully navigated milk price inflation through calibrated pricing and product mix. The company is actively evolving its route to market and strengthening brands, exemplified by Avvatar's "India's Got Latent Season 2" partnership and new RTD Protein Cold Coffee launch, aiming to be a key health and nutrition player.
