Dar Credit & Capital Limited — Important, 07-08-2026: Committee Meeting Updates

Dar Credit & Capital's Finance Management Committee has approved the private placement allotment of new Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth up to 15 Crore. This issuance comprises two series: Series A, for up to 7.5 Crore, carries a 12.95% annual coupon with a 2-year tenure; Series B, also for up to 7.5 Crore, offers a 13.05% annual coupon with a 2.5-year tenure. Each NCD has a face value of INR 10,000. These secured NCDs will be listed on NSE, enhancing the company's funding capacity for its operations. This follows an earlier NCD allotment of 10 Crore.
