Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd — Important, 07-08-2026: Company Update

Rajeswari Infrastructure's Board made significant leadership changes. Mrs. Usha was redesignated as a Non-Executive Director. The Board appointed Mr. Dayalan Keerthivasan and Mr. Maniraj Arjunan as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, and Mr. Ramamurthy Arunachalam as Chief Financial Officer. M/s. SVSR & Associates were appointed as Statutory Auditors to fill a vacancy. Concurrently, three Independent Directors, Mr. Meenakshi Sundaram Elangovan, Mr. Vijaya Raghavan, and Mr. Ravi Shankar Sambasivan Pulya, resigned. The Board also formed new Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committees.
