Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd — Important, 07-08-2026: Company Update

Rajeswari Infrastructure Limited announced several board changes. Mrs. Usha transitioned to a Non-Executive Director role. The company appointed Mr. Dayalan Keerthivasan and Mr. Maniraj Arjunan as new Non-Executive Independent Directors. Mr. Ramamurthy Arunachalam was named the new Chief Financial Officer, bringing extensive finance and business experience. M/s. SVSR & Associates are now the Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s. K M K U & Associates due to resignation without issues. Three independent directors, Mr. Meenakshi Sundaram Elangovan, Mr. Vijaya Raghavan, and Mr. Ravi Shankar Sambasivan Pulya, resigned for personal reasons. The board also established its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committees.
