Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd — Important, 07-08-2026: Company Update

Rajeswari Infrastructure announced significant board changes. Mrs. Usha was redesignated as a Non-Executive Director. The company appointed Mr. Dayalan Keerthivasan and Mr. Maniraj Arjunan as new Non-Executive Independent Directors, and Mr. Ramamurthy Arunachalam as Chief Financial Officer. M/s. SVSR & Associates were appointed as Statutory Auditors, replacing M/s. K M K U & Associates. Concurrently, Mr. Meenakshi Sundaram Elangovan, Mr. Vijaya Raghavan, and Mr. Ravi Shankar Sambasivan Pulya resigned as Independent Directors due to personal commitments. The Board also approved the constitution of Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committees to strengthen governance.
