Lloyds Metals and Energy has allotted 70,000 secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement. Each NCD, priced at Rs. 1 lakh (0.01 Cr), raised Rs. 700 Cr for the company. These 9.02% coupon NCDs will provide a significant fund infusion.
