Jamna Auto reported Q1 revenue of ₹612 Cr, EBITDA ₹88 Cr, and PAT ₹49 Cr. The company made its first overseas acquisition, Owen Springs Ltd (UK), for ₹25 Cr, funded internally. Capacity expansion is underway with a new leaf spring line at the Adityapur plant.
