    Maharashtra Seamless' board approved Q1 results: Consolidated Net Profit at Rs 266.40 Cr, EPS Rs 19.88. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,091.20 Cr. The board also appointed Mr. Shiv Kumar Singhal as Whole-time Director and Dr. Raj Kamal Agarwal as Independent Director. AGM is set for Sept 15, 2026.
