Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited — PPTs, 07-08-2026: Investor Presentation
Gujarat Themis Biosyn (GTBL) kicked off Q1 FY27 with strong results. Revenue climbed 22.1% YoY to Rs. 43.8 Cr, driven by healthy sales volumes. EBITDA surged 49.4% to Rs. 20.8 Cr, with PAT up 22.1% to Rs. 11.1 Cr, leading to an EPS of Rs. 1.02. Management noted improved margins due to economies of scale.
GTBL is strategically expanding its global footprint. Recent acquisitions include Sanofi's product portfolio (13 brands across 55+ countries) for immediate market access and MicroBiopharm in Japan (deal value ~INR 1,300 Cr) to strengthen manufacturing, tech, and product range in oncology, immunosuppressants, and peptides. These moves aim to transform GTBL into a global fermentation-based CDMO.
Domestically, new R&D and API units are now running, and a new fermentation facility is complete. A hybrid wind-solar power plant is being developed for captive consumption, expected to reduce power costs and carbon footprint. GTBL is focusing on new product development, forward integration into APIs, and exploring further inorganic growth.
