    Muthoot Microfin's promoter group settled 65,28,72,800 equity shares (66.76%) of parent Muthoot Fincorp in a succession plan. New trusts now indirectly control MFL's 50.21% MML stake. Importantly, MML's total promoter shareholding remains unchanged.
