Chatha Foods Ltd — Important, 07-08-2026: Company Update

Chatha Foods Limited has entered into a supplementary agreement with Frigorifico Allana Private Limited to revise their existing Shareholders' Agreement for their joint venture, Allana CF Foods Private Limited. This update formalizes a new strategic alignment. The JV's authorized share capital will increase to 42 Cr (41 Cr Equity, 1 Cr CCPS). FAPL will subscribe to equity shares worth 10.805 Cr to establish a 51:49 equity shareholding ratio between CFL and FAPL, respectively, and also subscribe to CCPS worth 0.795 Cr. The JV Board will be reconstituted with two directors nominated by each party.
