Kaynes Technology's board met, approving Q1 consolidated results: Revenue at Rs 946.02 Cr, Profit at Rs 56.43 Cr. The board cleared the appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years. They also allotted 1.87 lakh ESOP shares and set the 18th AGM for September 17.
