Muthoot Finance's AGM will adopt annual financial results and propose key leadership changes. Mr. Alexander George is set to become MD. Mr. George Alexander Muthoot will transition to Vice Chairman & WTD with a proposed annual remuneration of ~4.83 Cr. Four other directors are also proposed for re-appointment/appointment as Whole Time Directors, each with ~2.21 Cr annual remuneration.
