Key strategic wins include new customer mandates from Family Dollar, a major French retailer, and Pentland Brands, with US$330 million annual potential. A partnership with Busana Apparel Group enhances manufacturing capabilities. PDS is also driving new verticals towards profitability and embarking on a digital and AI transformation to boost efficiency.
Financially, the company sharply improved net working capital to 1 day and cut net debt by 73% to ₹29 Cr. Management is optimistic, citing strong momentum, strategic positioning for evolving supply chains, and leveraging digital initiatives for sustainable, profitable growth. PDS is focused on strengthening its financial foundation and optimizing its portfolio.
