This offer is triggered by Kuber Udyog's acquisition of Golden Ikon Fleet Management Private Limited for ₹176.23 Cr via share issuance to the acquirers and a preferential issue. Kuber Udyog is diversifying from its NBFC business into fleet management and has applied to surrender its NBFC license, marking a significant business shift.
