    Lemon Tree Hotels' Board approved financial results for the quarter, reporting consolidated net profit of ₹57.34 Cr on ₹344.61 Cr revenue. The Board also approved Mr. Patanjali Keswani's transition to Non-Executive Chairman from April 2027 and a 51% JV stake in Arum Hotels for the Aurika Shillong project.
