Lemon Tree Hotels Limited — PPTs, 07-08-2026: Investor Presentation
Lemon Tree Hotels (LTH) reported strong Q1 FY27 results, with total revenue up 9% YoY to ₹346.8 Cr and PAT surging 19% to ₹57.3 Cr. Adjusted EBITDA grew 14% to ₹162.5 Cr. Operational metrics impressed: occupancy hit 75.7% (+314 bps) and Gross ARR increased 2% to ₹6,361. Network revenue expanded 16% to ₹576 Cr, with managed/franchised hotels now contributing 44%.
The company is rapidly expanding its asset-light portfolio, signing 13 new managed/franchised hotels (1,020 rooms) in Q1, significantly outpacing the 6 hotels opened. Ongoing renovations are also boosting performance, notably in the Keys portfolio, which saw RevPAR grow 19%. A major strategic move is the de-merger of Fleur Hotels, creating a pure asset-light management platform (LTH) and an asset-ownership platform (Fleur) focused on high-demand urban markets and upscale Aurika brand expansion. This aims to enhance capital efficiency and provide clearer market valuation. Management is focused on leveraging these two focused entities for accelerated growth, expanding the combined operational and pipeline inventory to 23,381 rooms.
