Advanced Enzyme Tech's board approved Q1 FY27 consolidated results: revenue at ₹203.37 Cr, net profit at ₹45.25 Cr, EPS ₹3.31. Board also greenlit a share buyback up to ₹69.7 Cr at ₹500/share, fully acquiring JC Biotech for ₹7.98 Cr, and infusing ₹2 Cr into subsidiary ANPL.
