Advanced Enzyme Tech reported Q1 consolidated net profit of ₹45.25 Cr on ₹203.37 Cr revenue. The board approved a share buyback up to ₹69.7 Cr (max ₹500/share). It also fully acquired subsidiary JC Biotech for ₹7.98 Cr and will infuse ₹2 Cr into Advanced Nutrazyme.
