V Nexxtra will handle national marketing, promotion, and distribution, including sales planning and order collection. This partnership aims to significantly strengthen Zenlabs Ethica's sales network, boost market penetration, and enhance customer reach. V Nexxtra will pay Zenlabs Ethica a margin of 5% on net sales for the current fiscal year, increasing to 5.5% from the next year if sales targets are met. A key term mandates V Nexxtra to source at least 70% of its total procurement from Zenlabs Ethica group companies.
