Oswal Pumps announced Q1 consolidated revenue of ₹473.56 Cr and net profit of ₹53.84 Cr. They acquired an additional stake in Walso Solar Solution, making it a subsidiary, and formed a new step-down subsidiary, Oswal Doon Baran Bundi Solar Projects. Unutilized IPO funds of ₹235.55 Cr are in FDs.
