Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd — Important, 08-08-2026: Company Update

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure has entered into a binding Memorandum of Understanding to settle disputes with SILRES Energy Solutions. This resolves an insolvency petition against its step-down subsidiary, Sherisha Solar LLP (SS-LLP). As part of the settlement, SS-LLP will pay SILRES 16.51 Cr against a 33.39 Cr liability. The company will also transfer its wholly-owned subsidiary Ishaan Solar for 3.93 Cr and unused 'SUNEDISON' trademarks for 1 Cr to SILRES. A 0.064% equity stake in SILRES will be transferred for 0.10 Cr. This move aims to conclude ongoing litigations, reducing legal uncertainties and streamlining business focus.
