Power Mech Projects Limited — PPTs, 10-08-2026: Investor Presentation
Power Mech Projects delivered a strong Q1, with revenue climbing 26% YoY to INR 1,624 Cr. Growth was fueled by Civil Infra, Industrial EPC, JJM Water, O&M, and International projects. PAT increased 11% YoY to INR 89 Cr, largely due to lower finance and tax costs, despite a 3% YoY dip in EBITDA to INR 176 Cr from higher royalty and material costs.
The company's strategy targets long-term annuity cash flows by expanding high-margin O&M and MDO businesses, alongside disciplined execution and increased participation in BOP EPC, Power O&M (domestic/international), Civil Infra, and Urban Mobility. Digital transformation is a key focus.
Recent developments include securing INR 1,864 Cr in new orders, including a JSW Thermal Energy 2x800 MW power project, a Vande Bharat maintenance depot, and O&M contracts from Adani and MMMOCL. High-margin MDO contracts worth INR 39,169 Cr have also been operationalized.
With an robust INR 55,398 Cr order backlog, management anticipates clear execution visibility across power, infrastructure, O&M, and mining. Margins are expected to improve with scaling MDO operations and sustained core business growth.
