Eco Recycling Limited's board approved financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹16.19 Cr, with a profit of ₹6.87 Cr. Consolidated revenue was also ₹16.19 Cr, reporting a profit of ₹9.17 Cr. The board proposed a final dividend of 10% (₹1 per share), subject to shareholder approval at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026. Investors should note the company allotted 3 lakh warrants to promoters at ₹411 each, convertible into equity shares upon full payment. A new internal auditor, M/s J R Kaanase & Associates, was also appointed.
