Oswal Leasing's Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a profit after tax of (0.01) Cr on a total income of 0.03 Cr. The company's Statutory Auditors, M/s V. V. Bhalla & Co., resigned due to other professional commitments; the Board noted and accepted this.
