Precision Wires' board approved Q1 results, upped Silvassa expansion to 4620 MT/PA for 38 Cr (69,200 MT/PA by FY28). Krina Parekh is the new CFO. It will raise 150 Cr via 37.5 lakh 12% CCDs for growth and secured a 200 Cr working capital facility.
