    NINtec Systems' board approved Q1 FY27 consolidated results: Revenue at Rs 46.37 Cr, Profit at Rs 8.74 Cr. EPS was Rs 4.71. The board also appointed J.T. Shah & Company as new statutory auditors, replacing Samir M. Shah & Associates, subject to shareholder nod.
