Savera Industries' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The company reported a revenue from operations of 28.79 Cr and a profit of 3.81 Cr for the quarter. EPS was Rs. 3.20. The Board also approved the notice for the 57th Annual General Meeting and the Director's Report. Furthermore, Mr. Karthikei Balan was appointed as an Additional, Non-Executive Independent Director. The Board also acknowledged the resignation of Mrs. Pujitha Reddy Kamineni as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to other professional commitments.
