    Websol Energy's board met, approving Q1 FY27 consolidated results: Revenue 372.60 Cr, Profit 77.79 Cr. Sanjay Kumar & Dinesh Agarwal were appointed new directors, Ashok Purohit as Company Secretary. Director Rajeewa R Arya to retire. The company also repaid its IREDA term loan.
