Thomas Cook (India) Group's Q1 FY27 consolidated income fell 12% to INR 2,153 Cr, PBT down 21% to INR 88.5 Cr, impacted by Middle East geopolitical issues. However, excluding these units, group EBIT grew 8%. Forex performed strongly (6% revenue growth, 45.3% EBIT margins). Travel revenue dipped, though domestic travel surged 29% and MICE grew 14%. Sterling Holidays reported a record quarter with 21% revenue growth to INR 170 Cr and 37% EBITDA margins. Management is cautiously optimistic, relying on diversification and core business resilience for H2 improvement.
