KEC International Limited — PPTs, 10-08-2026: Investor Presentation
KEC International reported resilient Q1 FY27 results with stable revenue at Rs. 5,024 Cr. Profit after Tax (PAT) declined by 42% YoY to Rs. 73 Cr, primarily due to geopolitical issues in the Middle East, labor shortages, and slower water project execution. Segment-wise, Cables & Conductors grew 57% to Rs. 601 Cr, and Civil grew 6% to Rs. 993 Cr.
The company secured over Rs. 6,300 Cr in new orders, boosting its Order Book + L1 position to over Rs. 40,000 Cr, with a robust tender pipeline exceeding Rs. 2 lakh Cr. Noteworthy developments include securing the first transmission line order for a data center and commencing production of elastomeric cables in Q2 FY27. Net Debt decreased by over Rs. 150 Cr to Rs. 6,568 Cr.
Management acknowledges near-term challenges but views them as transitory, expecting improved supply chains and labor availability. They are confident of stronger execution and financial performance ahead, driven by global T&D opportunities, renewable integration, and growing demand from data centers and urban infrastructure.
