Lloyds Metals reported a consolidated Q1 profit after tax of ₹1,726.59 Cr (EPS ₹30.68). The Board approved strategic renewable energy investments for captive use and a new Independent Director. It also greenlit converting a ₹1,660 Cr loan to equity in a subsidiary and a ₹625 Cr investment in another.
