Operating EBITDA hit ₹47.8 Cr (+11.4% YoY), with margin improving to 11.8%. Profit After Tax surged 22.1% to ₹26 Cr (margin 6.4%, +108 bps YoY), despite a slight volume decline of 1.7%. EPS stood at ₹4.59.
Growth was fueled by segments like Dollar Protect (+49% value, +68% volume) and strong regional performance in the South (+22.9% value). Quick commerce (+59.4% value) and exports (+16.2% value) also saw significant boosts.
Strategically, Phase 2 of Project Lakshya has commenced, focusing on retailer activation and market expansion. The company is integrating digitalization across operations and has launched new lingerie lines under 'Dollar Woman' and 'Dollar Protect' rainwear. The proposed merger of promoter group companies, aiming to strengthen in-house production and brand ownership, received shareholder and regulatory approvals.
Management is confident in continued growth through these initiatives, leveraging a strong brand portfolio and distribution network. Ad spending is capped at ₹100 Cr annually, expected to further aid profitability. Net Debt/Equity stands at 0.20.
